PHOTO DAYS are Monday, October 15 and Thursday, October 18, 2018. Please look at the schedule below for your team's date.
Photo Day is mandatory so that we can take team photographs. You are not required to purchase pictures. Please try your best to be there and be on time. We give each sponsor a plaque with your team's picture and to show our appreciation for financially supporting us!
Coaches, we ask that you remind families of your team's arrival time. Please pay special attention when planning.
Photos will be taken in the Gymnasium of Antheil Elementary School. You may park in the teacher's parking lot and enter at the side entrance near the playground (for those of you familiar with the EDP and/or basketball entrance). Times that are listed below are times you should plan to arrive by. Your team will begin lining up for group shots as close to the time listed as possible.
If you do not arrive at your given time, your player may not be included in their team photo, but will have the opportunity to still have an individual photo taken. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early if your paperwork is not filled out, and at least 5 minutes early if you have your paperwork completed prior to arrival. Regardless of which photos you are purchasing, your player will be expected to enter the photo area with completed paperwork as to not hold up the next team waiting for their turn.
Please wear your Ewing United T-shirt, black shorts, soccer socks, and sneakers.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR CLEATS!
Photo forms WILL BE distributed to coaches. Payment for photos will be cash, check, or credit card all done on site.
As always, we appreciate your arriving promptly and assisting your player(s) to wait with their coach/team patiently so that the process can run smoothly. This year we have over 200 players that will have their photos taken and with your cooperation we hope to have everything run without delays.
